My relaxed Hertfordshire family photography sessions are all about capturing normal family life. I’m a mum myself and I know just how quickly time goes by. I try hard to treasure those everyday moments – a spontaneous hug, sticky fingers, missing teeth, and I want my photography to help you do the same.  These are the most precious everyday moments that I try to capture, and my relaxed, informal family photography will give you pictures that just become more and more treasured over time.

How does it work?

I can begin your family story right from pregnancy to the newborn stage all the way to teenage years (and beyond!).

As your family grows and changes, so does your story and we can carry on documenting this with one of my Hertfordshire family photography sesssions. Before your photoshoot we can chat about the ages of your children and decide what type of shoot would work best for you – this could be in your own home if your children are quite young, but I also love using the many amazing parks and woodlands we have locally. We work out what your interests are and design a photoshoot around your family. This might be a baking session at home, or doing jigsaws. It could be a walk in the woods to find muddy puddles, or a visit to a local playground. It might be a seasonal activity, such as decorating your Christmas tree, or an Easter egg hunt, or finding the autumn leaves.

If you choose one of my ‘A Day in the Life’ sessions we get to capture it all! I come to hang out with you for 6 hours – you can choose which time of day suits your family best, be that from the crack of dawn and making pancakes for breakfast, or whether its an afternoon walk and stories at bedtime. You choose your precious moments and I’ll be there to make them into memories for you.

After the photoshoot I will carefully hand edit your images and you will recieve them in a private online gallery from which you can download all your images as high resolution files. All images are included in your session price, and prints and frames in range of options to suit your home are available for purchasing after the session. See below for more pricing information.
